Zirconias Jewelry Guarantee

All Zirconias jewelry comes with a 1 year guarantee against any defects in craftsmanship. At Zirconias's discretion we will repair or replace the item that is under guarantee. If for any reason the item in question has been updated or discontinued, Zirconias, at its option, will offer a replacement with a similar item or issue a store credit towards another in stock item of equal or greater value. Any items that display damage due to abuse, accident or misuse will not be covered under the warrantee. But we can still repair it for you for a small fee.

How to send your jewelry for repair?

Here is the simple process for returning an item to www.Zirconias.com:

• Contact a Customer Service Specialist by e-mailing us at CLICK HERE to obtain a Repair Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. The RMA code must be written on the original invoice.
• Repack the product in its original packaging materials, including invoice. In the case of diamonds, enclose the original copy of the matching or identifying certificates.
• If the product you're returning included a special offer or a "gift with purchase," return that item as well, or you may choose to have the cost of that item subtracted from your refund.
• Ship your package insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as United States Postal Service registered mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express to the address.

  1: For all SILVER Engagement rings there will be a Processing fee of $29.00 which includes shipping charges, cleaning, replacing stone, rhodium, high polish and full jewelry inspection.

  2: For all GOLD Engagement rings there will be a Processing fee of $59.00 which includes shipping charges, cleaning, replacing stone, rhodium, high polish and full jewelry inspection.

  3: For all PLATINUM Engagement rings there will be a Processing fee of $149.00 which includes shipping charges, cleaning, replacing stone, rhodium, high polish and full jewelry inspection.

  Warranty expires after 12 months. We DO NOT SIZE ANY RINGS, or REPLACE CENTER STONE TO DIFFERENT SIZE OR SHAPE.
